GUARANTEE: We, the Sellers guarantee this Poodle to be healthy at the time of purchase and to be free of any serious, life threatening genetic health defects for three years from the dog’s date of birth.  The Buyer agrees to have this puppy checked by a competent Veterinarian of his/her choice within seven (7) days.  If a defect or poor health is determined, the Buyer will return the Poodle to the Seller, and providing that the dog is returned to the Seller in the same condition as when it was sold, the Seller will replace the dog or return the money.  Buyer’s choice.  The Seller will not be responsible for any Veterinarian expenses incurred by the Buyer within the 7-day period or thereafter.

FOR PETS ONLY:  All pets are sold with a “Limited Registration” and with the understanding that they are pets only and will not be used for breeding.  In cases of older dogs that have already been registered, their AKC Registration Certificate and AKC owner of record will be retained until proof that the animal has been spayed/neutered has been received.  Proof may be either the Vet’s bill performing the procedure or a latter from the Vet.  Either must identify his/her practice including phone number.

FOR SHOW PUPPIES ONLY:  We guarantee that the puppy does not have any disqualifying faults; i.e. oversize, etc.

SPECIAL NOTE:  If at any time the Buyer can no longer keep the dog for any reason, the dog must be returned to the Seller.  No refund will be given but if another suitable Buyer for the dog can be found, any money received will go to the original Buyer, less expenses.
